Peaches and Cream
Peaches and cream you come on like a dream! Well not quite! This was a painting I did last year and I never felt it was finished. I liked lots of things about it but it was time to bring some new life to it!
So I took to making some bold moves by adding larger shapes.
Adding a few more neutral shapes and some lines won’t hurt either! Maybe some more red in places! And some brighter white!
The strong red and black in the center isn’t working and never was. Bring out the big white eraser (titanium). Maybe leave a bit to peek through. Add in some lines for structure.
Getting closer! I have to get rid of the black square as it is acting like a focal point smack dab in the middle. A bit more refining in places and some lines around the red square for a stronger focus.
